Thank You for Your Kind CommentsIt means a huge amount to us that so many of our customers take the time and trouble to write kind comments about the service we provide. Who Can I Turn To?Many of you will know our staff fairly well by now but we hope that you find it useful that we often feature the Reid Hamilton Team in our Newsletters, so you know who does what and who to contact. Our business is divided into teams and these are shown below. The exception to the rule is Louise Boow, our most adaptable and versatile member of staff, who manages to combine working with Jane, processing payments and reconciling accounts, with marketing and new business development. She also assists the Commercial and Claims Team and, when needed, can turn her hand to personal insurance as well. Personal Insurance Team: dealing with Private Car, Household, Travel and other personal insurance (Motorcycle, Caravan, Boat, Breakdown etc).

Opening HoursMay we just remind you all that our office now closes at 4:00pm every Friday. Outside office hours please be assured that we continue to offer a 24 hour service. Either Duncan or Mark is "on call" at all times, and the current emergency telephone number can be found by ringing our normal telephone number and listening to the recorded message. This is, of course, intended for genuinely urgent matters and it is not possible to issue cover-notes, offer quotations or place cover outside normal office hours. | |
