Duncan Woodcock Duncan Woodcock MA
(Managing Director)

Duncan bought the company in September 1987, four years after it began trading, and has been the driving force behind its successful growth.

Jane Woodcock Jane Woodcock Bsc (Hons)
(Company Secretary)

A maths graduate and former teacher, Jane joined husband Duncan in the business in 1988. Jane is responsible for all financial aspects of the company including compliance with FSA rules.
Mark Whiteman Mark Whiteman
(Director)

Mark joined Reid Hamilton from Norwich Union in 2000 and has progressed through the company ranks to become Duncan's second-in-command and a shareholding Director.
Carol Green Carol Green
(PA to Managing Director)

Carol worked for Sage & Watson until 1994 when Reid Hamilton acquired it. Carol's considerable insurance experience includes a stint with Eagle Star, who once occupied our Queen Square office.
Louise Boow Louise Boow Cert CII
(PA to the Directors)

Since joining us in 2001, the versatile Louise has worked in both personal and commercial insurance and is a fully-trained claims handler. She now also assists Jane with financial management.
Eve Bennett Eve Bennett BA (Hons) Cert CII (Commercial Insurance Broker)

Eve joined us in April 2005 and has progressed quickly. In addition to working in the Commercial Team, Eve has taken on a client panel and now conducts outside client visits.
Helen Caton Helen Caton

The newest member of our Commercial Team, Helen began her insurance career in 2004 with a local broker. Helen is now studying towards CII qualifications and we wish her a long and happy time here!
Fiona Barton Fiona Barton

After 7 years with AXA Insurance, Fiona joined us in November 2004 and is responsible for all our claims handling, also assisting the Commercial Team when needed.
Carole Ellis Carole Ellis
(Personal Team Leader)

Vastly experienced, Carole worked for Commercial Union in Lancaster from 1974-1990. After a spell with a local insurance broker, she joined us in 1997 to run our personal insurance team.
Carla Morris Carla Morris
(Senior Personal Insurance Advisor)

Carla began her insurance career in Stratford upon Avon in 1972. After a brief spell in Scotland she settled in Lancaster in 1992, joining Reid Hamilton in 1997.
Lynsay Davies Lynsay Davies
(Personal Insurance Advisor)

Lynsay joined the Personal Insurance Team in 2007, having gained previous insurance experience at AXA Insurance. Lynsay now handles insurance for our personal clients and is also studying for her CII qualifications.
Sarah Woodcock Sarah Woodcock
(Personal Clerical Assistant)

Sarah originally joined us as a gap year student but enjoyed her time here so much that she stayed. In May 2008 she married Duncan and Jane's son Andrew, making her the second Mrs Woodcock in the business!
